Tradfest show

The purpose of the Tradfest is to celebrate Irish music and culture across many historical landmarks in the heart of Dublin city. Leading artists include Sorcha Costello, Conor Connolly and Dani Larkin. Many of the artists will perform in famous attractions such as Castle Hall at Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and The National Museum of Ireland. These venues are embedded in Irish history and culture which adds an extra dimension to these great live shows! If your looking to visit these attractions, our Hop-on Hop-off tour bus is a fantastic transport system. The big green bus is driven by local bus drivers from Dublin who are all Failte Ireland trained.

In addition to the music sessions, there are also free street entertainment, family events and a festival club in the Project Arts Centre. Although Tradfest is associated predominantly with traditional music it has expanded in recent years to include Folk, Nu Folk and even Rock music! In essence, Tradfest is a feast of entertainment for everyone which never fails to deliver exciting and inspiring performances, so get out there and enjoy it!
