Get ready, Dublin – The first ever cocktail week has arrived, and we have the perfect itinerary for you!

This summer, Dublin is raising a glass to its thriving cocktail culture with the launch of the very first Dublin Cocktail Week running from Friday 11th July until Sunday 20th July 2025.

 

Mix up your nights by combining Dublin’s secret flavours and lively nightlife. To make the most of the week, plan ahead using our event’s guide.

What is Dublin Cocktail Week?

 

Dublin is hosting a city-wide event with participating bars and restaurants to allow locals and visitors to taste their way through the city! There are over thirty-five participating venues filled with cheap cocktails, delicious food and amazing discounts.

 

With every cocktail, the organisers aim to give guests a chance to explore a fresh and exciting side of Dublin’s vibrant hospitality scene. You must purchase a wristband to avail of all the offers along side the €7-€10 signature cocktails.

Bar 1661

 

Dublin Cocktail week happily welcome Bar 1661 with the expansion of their menu. They have dropped 5 new ‘Summer Spritz’ starting today with the event. Bar 1661 is a cocktail bar that celebrates the unique statements of Irish culture and origin. Located on Green St., only a 6-minute walk from Stop 24 Ormond Quay on our city tour.

Disndat

 

Located only a 2-minute walk from Stop 11 Dame Street, Disndat is known for its innovative cocktails and vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy live music from 3pm ‘til late! For Dublin Cocktail week avail of an extra 10% in Disndat valid with your wristband!

 

Hyde Dublin – Stop 7 Stephens Green 5 min walk

 

Taking part in this exciting event is Hyde Dublin! Situated only a 5-minute walk from Stop 7 St. Stephen’s Green. This roof-top bar is known for their Summer feeling and delicious flavours – There’s even a DJ present from 10pm!

Pearse Lyons Cocktail Class

 

Greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, explore the history of Pearse Lyons Distillery as you tour the grounds of the sites that stretch back 800 years. The highlight of the day? A hands-on masterclass where you'll learn to craft modern cocktails featuring smooth Irish whiskey. As you shake, stir, and sip your creations, enjoy a selection of light refreshments and delicious finger food designed to perfectly complement your drinks. Located only a 4 minute walk from Stop 17 James Street.

Roe & Co Distillery

 

Roe & Co's staff are experts in making the most fabulous whiskey cocktails and they love to share their knowledge as they take you through the key skills in making the perfect cocktail. You'll learn about the 5 Pillars of Flavour: Salty, Sour, Sweet, Bitter and Umami! Enjoy this interactive experience with a personalised cocktail tailored to your palate. Located at Stop 17 James street - only a 2 min walk!

Stillgarden distillery

They are participating in the event but also have their own cocktail class. Enjoy the specially catered cocktail menu designed for Dublin Cocktail week.


Take part in a cocktail masterclass at Stillgarden Distillery and learn how to make some of the ground-breaking cocktails from the award-winning liquid experts. Learn how to make 2 signature drinks while unlocking the history of the Distillery. Tickets include a welcome drink alongside 2 cocktails.
