Dublin is set to celebrate Ireland’s Olympic athletes with a warm and grand public homecoming event this Monday 12 August.
The following stops on our Hop-On Hop-Off Tour routes will be closed today:
- Stop 1 (Stop J on the Docklands Tour) - O'Connell Street
- Stop 2 (Stop A on the Docklands Tour) - Parnell Square North
- Stop 3 (Stop B on the Docklands Tour) - O'Connell St / Abbey St.
We kindly ask passengers to make their way to Cathal Brugha Street to board the tours.
Join us on O'Connell Street as we pay tribute to the incredible talent of Team Ireland, who have been competing fiercely in Paris and making us all proud!
This family-friendly, non-ticketed event, organised in collaboration with the Olympic Federation of Ireland, will be entirely free and open to the public.
The team has secured numerous medals at its most successful Olympic Games—so get your flags ready and get involved in this special occasion.
