Dublin Guided Kayak Tour
Your tour will start beside the Jeanie Johnston Tall Ship which is between Samuel Beckett Bridge and the Sean O'Casey pedestrians bridge.
Paddle towards the heart of Dublin City as you go under some of Dublin's most famous bridges and landmarks.
Bridges include the famous O'Connell and Ha'penny bridge.
All kayaks are double and triples and it is much more fun with a minimum of two people in each kayak but if really want to go solo there are small double kayaks available.
This tour will be led by a local and experienced guide who will tell you everything there is to know about Dublin's fair city.
The kayaks are very stable 'sit on top' which is ideal for beginners, no previous kayaking experience needed.
The experience will last about 2 hours and will have 90 minutes on the water.
What to bring:
- There are no toilets or customer changing facilities on site, please come dressed and ready for kayaking.
- Do not wear your best clothes; jeans and high heels are not recommended.
- Dress appropriately for the weather in clothing and footwear you don't mind getting damp.
- Shorts or leggings are ideal in the summer and warmer trousers for winter paddling
- Extra clothing layers are a good idea to have available for autumn / winter paddling.
- Layers that are made of fleece or synthetic materials that dry quicker are ideal.

Meeting point: beside Jeanie Johnson Tall Ship, wait outside the blue gate on arrival and the instructor will bring you in at the allocated time.
Under 16's must be accompanied on the water at all times by an adult
A kayak, paddle and a flotation device is included - if you require waterproof gear, please ask the instructor at the base on the day and they will provide it.
