Can I Use a Leap Visitor Card on Dublin Bus?
Yes. The Leap Visitor Card provides unlimited travel on scheduled Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland services for the period loaded onto the card. It can also be used on the Luas, DART and Commuter Rail within Dublin’s Zone 1 area.

How to Use Your Leap Visitor Card on Dublin Bus
Hold your Leap Visitor Card against the validator on the right-hand side as you board the bus. A tone will confirm that your card has been validated. You only need to tap when boarding Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland services; you do not need to tap off when leaving the bus.
Dublin Airport Bus Routes Included with the Leap Visitor Card
The Leap Visitor Card included with the Freedom Ticket is valid on the following routes serving Dublin Airport:
- Routes 16, 19, 24 and 41: Dublin Bus services connecting Dublin Airport with Dublin City Centre and other parts of Dublin.
- Route 41: A 24-hour service between Dublin Airport, Swords and Dublin City Centre.
- Route 102: A Go-Ahead Ireland service connecting Dublin Airport with Swords, Malahide, Portmarnock, Baldoyle and Sutton DART Station.
