There are five unique sauna experiences for you to enjoy all designed to offer ultimate distinct benefits and unforgettable escape.
Along with the five saunas there are also plunge pools with three different temperatures - cold, tepid & warm.
These pools are made to compliment and enhance the sauna session which helps to refresh, balance and relax your body and mind.
Shared Sauna Killiney Beach
Enjoy a 45 minute session with beautiful views on the northern end of Killiney Beach.
You can immerse yourself in the bespoke Finnish-style sauna which is carefully designed for your ultimate comfort and tranquillity.
Destress completely in the sauna as you can in the views of Dalkey Island and the beauty of Bray Head.

Additional Information
- Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time so you have time to change before.
- Must be ages 18 or over to use the saunas
Parking:
Inchicore - Parking is limited in the Goldenbridge Industrial estate where the sauna is located. The Blackhorse Luas Stop is close by and the area is supported 13 Dublin Bus route - public transport recommended to the sauna.
Killiney Beach - There is paid and public parking nearby at Killiney beach. Head to the tunnel at the northern end of the Dart Station car park, which leads directly to the beach. From there the sauna is just a 5 minute walk away. For convenience it is recommended parking at the nearby Dart Station car park.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund.
- Rescheduling can be done up to 5 hours before the session.
- There is no refund for no-shows.
