Day Tour to Glendalough
- Depart O’Connell St.Upper and embark on a scenic journey through the Wicklow Mountains National Park and Wicklow Gap.
- Continue through to Glendalough and experience a guided visit to Glendalough’s 6th century monastic settlement and lakes.
- Proceed towards the Wicklow Gap and view the some of Irelands most breath-taking scenery and natural Irish rivers.
- The Tour will then set course towards Kilkenny, a city that is rich in history and steeped in Irish folklore.
- You will then have the oppurtunity to have a guided walking tour to explore Irelands medieval captial.
- Some of the main highlights of Kilkenny are the famous Black Abbey and the castle gardens.
- There will also be time to fit in a pint in one of the many popular bars in Kilkenny.
- Once you are finished exploring the historical city, you will board the bus and head back towards Dublin.
