Dublin is the city that just keeps giving, from amazing food and drinks to breathtaking coastal views, you won’t be stuck for things to do while visiting our beautiful city. To help you experience the most during your stay we have created a 24-hour itinerary including our coastal cruise ship and our favourite Dublin activities to help you see it all and make the most of your time here!
Start your day out on the sea, taking the boat cruise from Dun Laoghaire harbour. On this trip you will cruise past Dalkey Island and get to see the magnificent Convention Centre, East link Bridge, Dublin Port and Poolbeg Lighthouse.
After your cruise on the coastline, hop on a dart to the city centre which costs only €2 with the reduced price that comes with your ticket!! The trip only takes 20 minutes and brings you right into the centre of Dublin’s City. Take a short stroll towards upper O’Connell Street and hop on the Do Dublin Hop on Hop off Bus Tour which will help you get your bearings and discover the city’s favourite landmarks.

Hop off for your first stop at stop number 10 to visit Trinity College. Visit the Book of Kells and take a step back in time while exploring trinity’s historic campus. There are plenty of lovely coffee shops/cafes nearby that you can take a visit to for a delicious morning treat.

After your morning visit hop back onto the tour and take a trip to the iconic Guinness Storehouse, one of the most popular stops on the route! You can spend your time here simply waking around and getting a photo in front of the Instagram famous James’s gate or you can take the tour of the storehouse. The interactive tour is an unforgettable experience that promises to be an amazing experience for all. After your tour (or exploring) Hop back on the bus towards stop 13 where you can visit St. Patrick's Cathedral and get some lunch in a nearby café/ Restaurant. The Landmark is a great place to stop with amazing pub food, music and even sports on the TV’s!

After your lunch, use the Hop on Hop off bus to take you to stop 20 Phoenix Park. Here you can walk off that delicious lunch and admire the deer that live in the park or even visit Dublin Zoo. If you are visiting around winter time, the Zoo holds a wild lights event for the duration of November-January. This amazing event is perfect for families and couples who are looking to explore the Zoo at night under the mystical lights.

Finally, after your busy day, take the Hop on Hop off bus back into the city centre for a relaxing meal combined with some Irish culture to finish the day off. The temple bar area is a lively location however we recommend trying somewhere just outside for some slightly less touristy prices 😉
